As human’s, we have the unique ability to analyze everything to such a degree, we cause tremendous doubt within ourselves.
Add this trait to the fact that we are now vibrating at a level more in line with the universe and our entire being feels out of whack.
Why Do People Get Spiritual Awakening Anxiety?
The biggest fuel for fear is not knowing. People are afraid of what they don’t know and what they don’t understand. This has been the way for countless years and this is the way it will continue for most people.
However, understanding a situation removes the fuel and rids us of the fear. This is how we make it through the anxiety that comes with a spiritual awakening.
Know that this anxiety, and feeling almost as if you’re completely different to those around you, is a perfectly normal part of a spiritual awakening.
Not only this but as you’re going through your spiritual awakening, you’ll feel like you’re only now learning the most important knowledge. Like everything you knew before was distorted in some way that prevented you from seeing the truth of everything.
This breakthrough allows the fear to dissipate and you’ll find that fear lessens across many areas of your life. This knowledge settles inside you as a kind of calmness. A protective shield that blocks the negative energy that would previously cause you to panic.
