The 6 Phase Meditation is based on the core meditation from the Envisioning Method, which is a daily practice designed by Mindvalley Founder, Vishen Lakhiani. This meditation has been designed in order to create a remarkable transformation in your state of being in the shortest amount of time.

It has been created by drawing on the advice from a huge number of personal development books and is a fantastic way to re-energise and find a moment of peace in a hectic style of life.

Not only will you be practicing meditation, but you will also be addressing other elements that are essential to a state of well being. By practicing in the morning especially, you’re setting yourself up for a productive and focussed day, allowing yourself to build a resistance to stress and other negative emotions that appear as we go through our everyday lives.

Set aside 10 minutes in the morning and get into the practice of performing this meditation every morning. Simply turn on some relaxing music, (or access the guided meditation tracks as mentioned below) and get into a comfortable position. Not only does it set you up for the day but it is also a fantastic way of easing your mind, body and soul into it’s awake state for the day.
