Smoothies can be a fantastic source of nutrition, if they’re made with the right ingredients! If you’re a smoothie fan, you may be sick of kale at this stage. It’s easy to fall into the habit of drinking the same one over and over again, due to convenience and speed. Some people see a green smoothie and automatically think it’s not going to taste great at all…
